HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING CHARGES BE?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and are determined by the carrier delivering across the U.S.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

We typically ship orders within 2-3 business days after receiving them. Delivery times range from 7-12 days after the order has shipped. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with all the details at checkout, and a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

AND ONCE IT SHIPS?

Orders are typically delivered Monday through Friday. Please note that working days exclude public holidays, and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or strikes. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your address free of charge. However, if your order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply for address changes.

COLLECT FROM OUR STORE? FREE!

Your order will be available for pick-up at the selected store location within 3-5 business days. The person collecting the order, whether it’s you or someone on your behalf, must present a valid ID. Orders will be held for 3 calendar days after you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification. If not collected within this time, the order will be canceled.

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive email updates when your order is confirmed and when it ships. You can also track your order in the "My Orders" section after logging into your account. If you made a purchase as a guest, you can track your order by clicking the "Order Information" link in your confirmation email.
