Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, please remember that many of our products are handcrafted, so minor variations in color and design are normal and reflect the unique nature of each item, not defects. Additionally, due to differences in screen settings, there may be slight color variations between the images displayed and the actual product received.

Returns Policy

At this time, we do not offer refunds (unless you received the wrong product). However, we are happy to assist with an exchange or provide store credit for eligible purchases.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product for a different size or if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. If you notice a defect, please take a photo of the issue as soon as you receive the product.
To process an exchange, please ensure the merchandise is in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when it was received. If you need to return items, we recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of postage, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive the item and confirm that everything is in order, you will receive a credit note within two weeks.
